1. Product Features
(1)White color absorbs less heat, to extend the film life
The black color may absorb more heat, the touch area between wire and film may be the degree of 60 – 80, it may burn the film after a long time. The film may break along the wire and cause the greenhouse collapse. The white wire may absorb less heat and no harm to the film. It will not cause high temperature in the touch area and burn the film. So the film life may be longer.
(2) Project plastic powder lasts a long life
The life of wiggle wire depends on “elongation at break” and “extensibility” character of plastic powder coated. The powder of B5B wiggle wire adopts is the engineering plastic powder used on highway fence. It can increase 30 – 50% on elongation at break and 20-30% on extensibility. The life may be longer.
(3) More thick at two ends, easy to install
There is more thick treatment and round at two ends, so it may not cut the film. During the installation, the wiggle wire may protect the film and the worker, to raise the efficiency.

5. Test inspection comparisons
(1) 14 grade wind simulation test
The load for 14-grade wind is 133 kgs per sqm, to stand 14-grade wind, the wiggle wire should stand 260kgs or above per sqm. According to the test, 2 vinipet wiggle wires stands the load of 580 kgs, and each wiggle wire is sharing 290 kgs, which meets the 260kg requirement.
(2) Anti-aging test
To have 5 years of good performance for VINIPET® B5 Wiggle Wire, our company introduces Q-Lab machine to check the VINIPET® B5 Wiggle Wire regularly.
(3) Wiggle wire straightness test
Uninstall the vinipet wiggle and the other brand of wiggle wire from the channel and compare them as in the picture.
